Prince Koresada was the second son of Ko~ko~ tenno~. Ninety poems survive from this contest which is also known as "The Poetry Contest of the Second Prince of the Ninna Era." It was held in 893, the same year as the "Kanpyo~ no ontoki kisai no utaawase,"" The Poetry Contest Held at the Residence of the Consort in the Kanpyo Era." |
